Essential Dots d.o.o. has been officially founded on September 26, 2007 in Belgrade, Serbia as a limited liability company (d.o.o. stands for "društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću" - limited liability company on Serbian).

Essential Dots has been registered as a company which primarily activity is software development and enterprise IT consulting. A company founder is Nikola Stojiljkovic, experienced senior web developer, also backed with experience in developing data warehouses and real time systems.

First office has been opened in Belgrade's suburb Cerak, in accordance with high accepted standards for work environment.
